Appointment Policy

We are a small animal general practice hospital. We are by appointment only, please call 336-769-4844 to schedule an exam for your pet.
If you have a true medical emergency during business hours, please give us a call so we can evaluate your pets needs. This may require going to the animal emergency center (such as Carolina Veterinarian Specialists) 

Should patient be late for appointment, a late fee may be required. 
  
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date for any drop off appointments.

Cancelled and Rescheduled Appointments Policy

If you have rescheduled or cancelled your appointment within 48 hours of scheduled time, we will require a non-refundable deposit for each appointment made after.
While we do understand personal emergencies, we have this policy in place for those who change their appointment frequently. We are committed to you and your pet during the agreed upon time.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, Cash and Personal Checks.
